One-On-One with Benjamin

A private session with Benjamin is a quiet, focused conversation held through KJ. People often come when something specific is asking for attention: a decision that won’t settle, a relationship that feels stuck, a recurring pattern they don’t fully understand, or a sense that something in their life is shifting and needs clearer perspective.

The session begins with a short period of settling, allowing the mind and body to slow down. When Benjamin comes through, the conversation unfolds naturally.

You are free to ask direct, honest questions. Sometimes Benjamin responds immediately. Sometimes they ask a question in return, helping you see more clearly what is really being asked beneath the surface.

These sessions are not dramatic or intense. They are calm, precise, and respectful. The guidance offered does not tell you what to do or remove your agency.

Instead, it brings a wider perspective that many people describe as clarifying, reassuring, and quietly grounding.

Each session closes gently, allowing time for reflection before ending. You are welcome to record your session for personal use.

Sessions are available online via Zoom and, where possible, in person.

What happens in a one-to-one session with Benjamin?

You will first meet briefly with Kirsty on Zoom. After a short settling period, Benjamin’s Presence comes through and will usually greet you and ask how he/they can be of help. You then begin the conversation, bringing your question or situation. The dialogue unfolds naturally and often goes deeper than expected.

How should I prepare?

Take a little quiet time beforehand. Sit, breathe, meditate, or simply become still. It helps to have one or two clear questions ready — something specific in your life where you would like deeper clarity or perspective.

What kinds of questions can I ask?

You may ask about relationships, purpose, work, health, decision-making, grief, spiritual growth, or practical life challenges. Benjamin offers insight that is both deeply compassionate and grounded in everyday human realities. No question is too small or too personal.

Will Benjamin ask me questions?

Sometimes. You may be asked something that helps clarify your situation or take you deeper into what is really at the heart of your concern. Simply respond naturally, as you would in a sincere conversation.

What does the experience feel like?

People often describe a strong sense of Presence — peaceful, loving, steady, sometimes powerful. The words are important, but many find the energetic quality of the encounter equally meaningful.

Can I record the session?

Yes. Recording is encouraged so you can revisit the guidance later. Insights often deepen when listened to again.

How does the session end?

Benjamin will make it clear when the conversation is complete and will offer blessings. You may briefly say goodbye, and then Kirsty will return and gently close the session.

Do I need to believe in channeling for this to be valuable?

No particular belief system is required. The invitation is simply to come open, curious, and willing to explore the experience directly. Many people approach their first session with healthy skepticism and leave with something personally meaningful and clarifying.

Is this therapy or coaching?

No. A session with Benjamin is a form of spiritual counsel and guidance. It does not replace therapy, medical advice, or professional services, but it may offer insight that supports your wider journey.
